Jamestown Developers asked LetterShop to design the advertising materials for their ambitious new development, be@schermerhorn. Among many other strong selling points, these apartments offer tremendous value and Jamestown wanted to accentuate that. Materials included print ads, an opening animation for the website, a blog, and online animated ads. The website's opening animation was developed in conjunction with Knightsbridge Strategies. be@schermerhorn was named the single best-selling development in 2010.
