In conjuction with Atwood Design, this system was created for a new condominium development in downtown Manhattan. Potential buyers receive a map of the area featuring local hot spots, a brochure, and floorplans. In concert with the sales center and printed materials, the website, www.45john.com, was designed to attract potential buys. Designinteract.com, the interactive branch of Communication Arts, said, "A smart interface provides access to a site full of useful content that differentiates this project from the competition." 45john.com was selected as a Site of the Week this September.
